to begin immediately. The appointment is in accordance with § 98 of the Austrian Universities Act. An evaluation will be conducted after a five-year period.

The successful candidate is expected to represent and further develop the field of System Software in research and teaching. Applicants for the position must have a venia docendi (habilitation degree) or a comparable post-doctorate qualification in the academic field. A salary above the minimum amount (which is currently 89,075.00 € before taxes) as stated in the collective agreement will be voluntarily offered.
