Quality Assurance System.

Our approach to Quality Assurance is holistic and rests on three key pillars:

Standardized Processes: We ensure consistency and transparency through standardized syllabi, clearly defined learning outcomes, and structured procedures. The Assurance of Learning (AoL) process plays a key role by systematically assessing students' achievement of learning goals and ensuring continuous program improvement.

Analyzing Data: The Business School, particularly Program Management and the Accreditation Team, systematically analyzes data provided by the Department of Quality Management and Reporting. In addition to our AoL results, this includes student feedback and other key indicators, which inform strategic decisions and curriculum enhancements.

Dialogue with Stakeholders: We foster continuous improvement by engaging with various stakeholders through initiatives such as the Board of Study, the Teaching and Learning Forum, the Teaching and Learning Insight Lab, the Research and Impact Lab, and the Advisory Board.

Through this structured yet adaptive approach, the JKU Business School aims to strengthen its academic programs, create an enriching learning environment, and further enhance its impact in the academic and business communities.
