FAQs for Video-Conferencing Using Zoom
No, you only need a laptop, a computer, or a cell phone that can connect to the internet. If using as smartphone, we recommend downloading the Zoom app in the app store.
You can ask questions in the "Chat" area during the presentation. This is located at the bottom of the window. Questions will be answered during the presentation.
If you wish, you can switch the sound and video on or off. We would be pleased, however, if you could identify yourself visually and sign in using your first and last name.
Naturally, we would like for you to join in at the start of the presentation so you do not miss any important information. However, you can also join in later or leave at any time during the presentation.
