The Gender & Diversity Report

The annual Gender & Diversity Report provides information and analyzes equality-related and diversity-related data regarding all university members. The report depicts the gender distribution among students, academic and general employees, as well as selected dimensions regarding diversity, thereby serving as a basis on which to create and implement additional measures to support the advancement of women, equality and diversity.

For the first time, the 2023 Gender & Diversity Report contains expanded reporting requirements in accordance with provisions as outlined in the Equal Opportunities Plan (which are to be processed every three years). They address work/life balance, particularly family life, including, for example, information on childcare options, flexible work hours, and work location models, flexible study conditions, and much more.

In partnership with the Competence Network Information Technology (KI-I), the 2023 Gender & Diversity Report has been made accessible in a digital version in accordance with PDF/UA (universal accessibility).
