Medina Hamidovic from the Institute for Communications Engineering and RF-Systems is the winner of the "Women in Science" award for 2019 from the ZONTA club Linz.

ZONTA is a well established international organization with the mission of advancing the status of women around the world.
The award is annually given to a young female student/scientist who has accomplished exquisite results in the fields of technical and natural sciences at JKU and has engaged herself in humanitarian and social projects to empower and support women in science.
