Career and Research

The focus of Priv.-Doz.in Dr. Gröppel's scientific work is treatment-refractory epilepsy and rare genetic epilepsies. In addition to her training as a child neurologist, she also has in-depth training in clinical genetics. She is currently 2nd Secretary of the ÖGfE, Co-Chair of the EAN Panel Child Neurology and a member of the EAN Panel for Rare Neurological Diseases.
