The aim of this elective course is to learn about and deepen understanding of common and rare endocrine disorders of children and adolescents. You will gain confidence in recognizing and treating an endocrinological emergency in children. This is deepened using case studies and videos. You will also get to know the Austrian recall system (newborn screening) and the consequences of it.

Here you will be introduced to the most important pediatric epilepsy syndromes using many video examples. You will be given tasks that you will work out and present. The results are discussed together.
