Cytometry

The Core Facility Cytometry offers a wide range of highly specialized services in the field of cellular analysis and sorting for biomedical research. Equipped with state-of-the-art flow cytometry and cell sorting instruments, it assists researchers in the examination and characterization of cell populations, immunophenotyping, cell cycle analysis, and cell function studies. In addition to training on equipment and various software, the Core Facility Cytometry also provides consultations in sample preparation, project planning, as well as analysis and interpretation of data.

Cell Analyzer

After successful completion of the required training and approval by the Core Facility staff, these instruments are also available for independent use by researchers.

Cell Sorter

Operation of the cell sorters is primarily conducted by Core Facility personnel. However, particularly regarding the use of the S3e Benchtop Sorter, independent use may be granted to individual researchers with sufficient experience and completion of the required training.
