Information Management (IM) is the JKU's central, university-wide service provider of IT infrastructure and digital services.
In this respect and when it comes to digital projects, Information Management assumes an integral role as innovator, reliable provider, consultant, and facilitator.
Employees at IM consider themselves as service providers to support various groups at the JKU, including students, researchers, faculty members and course instructors, as well as central administration.

Our team at the Service Desk provides support services to those who use the JKU's systems on a daily basis. Services range from providing standard workstations and managing user accounts to telephone and communication-related services. Contact a staff member at the Service Desk in person, or call, or send an e-mail - we are happy to address any questions or concerns our students and employees may have.

We develop and operate applications to support teaching, administration, and research by making modern high-performance computers available.
