The 8th edition of the JKU medTALK titled "Neurowissenschaften – wo stehen wir aktuell und was bringt die Zukunft?" addressed the latest findings in the field of neurosciences.

The discussion series at the Johannes Kepler University Linz is also now open to the public. Neurosciences span a broad field and in an effort to better understand neurological diseases and develop new patient treatments, interdisciplinary research conducted at the JKU focuses on complex nervous system functions.

The JKU medTALK series at the Johannes Kepler University Linz takes places at the new JKU medLOFT at the Medical Campus and focuses on future topics in medicine ranging from the latest research findings to patient care.

The JKU aims to hold a publicly accessible forum six times a year featuring physicians, medical, experts, and members of the media and medical industry to cover research and innovation in medicine as well as address controversial topics. Members of the public are invited to attend for free (advanced registration is required).
