About the group
The successful candidate will be affiliated with the Computational Data Analytics group at JKU Linz, which has been started by Johannes Fürnkranz in October 2019, within the Institute for Application-Oriented Knowledge Processing (FAW), but is expected to collaborate within the doctoral school and the research network provide by this research cluster.
Location
The area offers excellent quality of living in the heart of Europe ‒ close to the alps between Vienna, Salzburg, Prague and Munich. Linz provides a superb cultural environment, e.g. with the Ars Electronica, opens an external URL in a new window. Doctoral Student in Computational Data Analytics
Since October 2024, we have an opening for a university assistant (full-time doctoral student for up to 4 years) at the Computational Data Analytics group of Prof. Johannes Fürnkranz. We are particularly interested in researchers who will strengthen our expertise in one or more of the following areas:

About the group
The Computational Data Analytics group at JKU Linz has been started by Johannes Fürnkranz in October 2019, within the Institute for Application-Oriented Knowledge Processing (FAW).
