The panel discussion organized by Unterbau Linz and GÖD OÖ university union for the scientific and creative personnel is dedicated to a comprehensive examination of the situation of academic staff and science at the JKU and Austrian universities in general and potential development opportunities.

Career opportunities, working conditions, hierarchical order and democratization will be addressed. In addition to academic and union experts, affected employees and those active in university politics will share their perspectives in order to create a holistic understanding of the existing challenges and potentials.

The aim is to raise awareness of the need for change and to promote intra-university dialog that paves the way for sustainable and future-oriented development in science.
