Maren Umdasch joined the Institute of Entrepreneurship as a researcher in August 2021. She has been involved in research at the Institute as a student assistant since October 2020. She started her studies in 2015 and received her Bachelor's degrees in economics and social economics in 2019. During her Bachelor’s program, she spent a year at Trinity College Dublin.

Maren Umdasch completed her Master's degree in Global Business in summer semester 2021. As part of the Master's programme, she studied for three months each at Johannes Kepler University Linz, the University of Victoria and the National Sun-Yat Sen University. Her current research focuses on the self-perception of entrepreneurs and the psychological challenges of entrepreneurial activities.
