Our philiosophy at the department for Quantum Computing.

We approach research in quantum computing as the multidisciplinary field that it is. Our team consists of computer scientists, (quantum) physicists, (applied) mathematicians and artificial intelligence experts. These varied backgrounds support one another in achieving our goal of answering fundamental questions, we do research to advance our knowledge in our research fields, we do not do research just to publish papers.

We are committed to creating a welcoming, warm and diverse working environment. Our culture is the result of each individual's contributions. We strongly believe that we all can benefit from one another, in and outside the work environment. "Diversity breeds creativity" is one of our core values in the workplace, therefore all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, country of origin, genetics, disability, age and everything and anything else in between.
