The Technical-Sciences-Faculty (TNF) constituted.

1969, 28th of October

Groundbreaking of the Physics building (PG) construction site.

1971, 18th of October

Inauguration of the Physics building, the first Institute and Lab building of the TN-Faculty. The Institute for Theoretical Physics is founded and moves into the Physics building.
