The Promoli project is a funding program initiated by the Austrian University Conference (uniko) to support the inclusion of researchers who have disabilities at Austrian universities on a long-term basis. Providing a sufficient number of accessible positions in which those with disabilities can earn a doctorate facilitates an academic or artistic career as well as access to non-university research or suitable employment.
