The recent visit of Andreas Hutterer from the Institute of Business Informatics - Information Engineering at the Poznań University of Economics and Business was a decisive step for the progress of his dissertation project. A particular highlight of Andreas Hutterer's visit was his presentation at the research seminar of the Department of International Competitiveness. This joint event with the academics Prof. Dr. habil. Barbara Jankowska (Head of Department), Dr. hab. Piotr Trąpczyński and Dr. Łukasz Puślecki (Department of International Management), was a suitable platform for the doctoral students and academics present to hold substantive discussions. The participation of Prof. Dr. Thomas Steger and Melanie Franke from the University of Regensburg - Chair of Leadership and Organization underlined the role of the seminar as a bridge-builder between academic institutions across borders. The seminar facilitated a lively dialog following the presentations, highlighting the potential for new research initiatives and future collaborations.
