Registration fees include conference registration, access to all scientific sessions, a welcome reception on Sunday, lunch and dinner during the conference, as well as morning and afternoon refreshments at the “Bildungshaus Sankt Magdalena” Education Center. Fees also cover the social event (excursion and conference dinner), wi-fi access, and parking. Accompanying persons will NOT be admitted to the meeting sessions; they can attend the welcome reception, meals (lunch and dinner), and the social event.

Visa Information

International participants are asked to be aware of any visa requirements and regulations and plan any travel accordingly and well in advance. Before traveling, please check with the Austrian embassy or consulate in your country for updated information.

If you require a Visa Letter of Invitation from the ISE19 organization committee, please send an e-mail containing “Invitation letter request for ISE19” in the subject line to: ise19@jku.at and provide the following information:

Name / affiliation / nationality / date of birth and place of birth / passport number / passport date of issue / passport expiration date / country of residence / contact information / phone number / e-mail address

Please note: If are an author, please provide the title and the number of your accepted paper. If you are a conference attendee but not an author, you need to successfully register to attend the ISE19 and have paid the registration fees before we can issue a Visa Letter of Invitation. We ask that you understand that these letters are only intended to help participants to obtain a visa or raise travel funds to attend the conference; the conference organizers are not committed to any financial nor insurance obligations.
