After Elke Schüßler (Institute for Organization) and Waldemar Kremser (Institute for Strategic Management) were elected to the board of the Scientific Commission for Organization last year, the 47th Workshop of the WK ORG will take place from March 29 to 31, 2023, at JKU. The focus is on the presentation and discussion of over 40 papers and 20 project outlines. The conference program is complemented by a panel discussion on the topic 'Business Administration and Fascism' and a visit to the Voestalpine Contemporary History Museum. Voest corporate HR director Max Stelzer will welcome participants to a dinner at the steelworks, where the traditional zfo Young Researcher Award will also be presented.

On the afternoon of March 29, a junior workshop organized by Waldemar Kremser and Blagoy Blagoev (TU Dresden) on the topics 'Finding, building, and organizing a research community' and 'Gone to Stay? International Careers in Organizational Research' will take place, where renowned organizational scientists will share their expertise.

Registration for the workshop is open until March 10, 2023.
