It is with deep sadness that we share with you that on December 7 Gerhard Reber, founding chair of JKU’s Institute of Organization Science, has passed on at the age of 87. He will be missed and remembered. His life's work—most importantly the institutional structures he established in promotion of the behavioral approach to management studies, the internationalization of academia, and the professionalization of executive development—continues to contribute to JKU and its environment, the Greater Linz Area and the province of Upper Austria.
