The 11th Austrian Early Scholars Workshop took place at the end of April at WU Vienna. The workshop offers young academics working in organization and management studies a unique opportunity to present their ongoing research and engage with colleagues and professors from across Europe and beyond.

The conveners, Giuseppe Delmestri (WU Vienna), Robert M. Bauer (JKU Linz), and Renate Ortlieb (University of Graz), were very pleased with the response. 29 young academics from 10 different countries—including Sara Maric and Roja Ratzinger from JKU—were selected through a competitive process to present their work; 12 faculty members from eight prestigious European universities provided their expertise.

Since its founding in 2013 at JKU, the Austrian Early Scholars Workshop in Management has become a fixed part of the academic calendar and will return to JKU Linz in 2025.
