Our institute regularly offers a seminar for doctoral students, in which current theories and methods are discussed or "soft skills" and know-how on scientific work are taught. On the other hand, the dissertation colloquium "Business Administration" takes place in cooperation with the Institute Leadership and Change Management.

In addition, our institute organizes the Austrian Early Scholars Workshop in cooperation with top-class universities from Austria and abroad. In this workshop, initiated by our institute, PhD students can get in contact with leading researchers in our field and present their current research project to an international panel of experts.

The Institute is strongly committed to structured doctoral education at Johannes Kepler University and beyond, including the Association of University Teachers of Business Administration.
