This management program has been created expressly for women and aims to help increase the proportion of women in higher management at Austrian companies. The program has been designed to provide participants with skills and expertise that qualify them professionally for positions in middle and top management. Women receive considerable support when planning and implementing a career in management. Partner companies have a targeted opportunity to strengthen their female employees' potential and utilize their skills to grow the company.
The program is intended for women in managerial positions and high-potential students in all areas of business.
