Book series

New media and the internet in particular are of particular importance for all areas of psychology. As a “tool” for communication and information, it is hard to imagine our work without the Internet. Numerous areas of psychology are also researching the effects of new media on users.
Modern technologies are also opening up new fields of application for traditional psychological methods.
The book series Internet and Psychology: New Media in Psychology addresses the use and research of new media by psychology and offers it a forum. The special interest is not primarily in the technology, but in its relevance for empirical psychological work. The individual works in the series comprehensively present the fields of application of the Internet and new media from the perspective of the psychological disciplines and models.
