Dissertations

At the Department of Work, Organizational, and Media Psychology, dissertations are supervised upon request in accordance with the Dissertation Regulations of the Faculty of Humanities and Cultural Studies at the Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences.

The six-semester doctoral program in Humanities and Cultural Studies primarily aims to enable independent research. It seeks to develop the ability to solve complex scientific problems in the fields of basic and applied research. Research conducted in our department and underlying the respective dissertations is typically quantitative-empirical in nature. The dissertation itself is usually cumulative, meaning it consists of several individual publications.
