Currently, the subject Public and Nonprofit Management is involved in two master studies:

• Master Social Economics
• Master Finance & Accounting

The Master's Degree in Social Economics offers the opportunity to complete our new focus "Public and Nonprofit Finance". It is not necessary to complete the specialization in the Bachelor´s Degree.

In Master Finance & Accounting, we are represented in the basic modules with the course "Grundlagen in Public and Nonprofit Sector Finance and Accounting" ("Fundamentals in Public and Nonprofit Sector Finance and Accounting"). The module has to be completed during a course exam. The basic course is offered annually by Mr. a.Univ.Prof. Dr. Andeßner.

The courses "Finanzierung in öffentlichen Einrichtungen und Nonprofit-Organisationen" ("Financing in Public Institutions and Non-Profit Organizations") (PNP 5) and "Internationale Entwicklungen im öffentlichen Rechnungswesen" ("International Developments in Public Accountancy") in the two main areas are held annually in the summer semester.

The seminar "Aktuelle Fragestellungen in Finance and Accounting (Double Teaching)" ("Current Issues in Finance and Accounting (Double Teaching)") and the Master's Thesis Seminar will be offered as needed.
