The conference will take place in Schlosshotel Mondsee, opens an external URL in a new window. Please book your room for the GADEST-19 as soon as possible (because of the limited number of available rooms in the Schlosshotel) by sending an Email with your preferred room option (see below), together with your arrival and departure dates to the following Email adress, mentioning the code GADEST-19: office@schlossmondsee.at You will then receive a quotation from the hotel which you have to confirm by email to fix the booking.

The following room options at Schlosshotel Mondsee are available for GADEST-19 participants:

1. Double room: € 169,-- per night (2 persons)
2. Double room for single use: € 129,-- per night
3. Single room in shared event suite: € 105,--  per night
4. Double room in shared event suite: € 75,-- per night & person

The prices include breakfast buffet and use of the castle Spa with vaulted inside pool, bio sauna, finnish sauna, infrared cabin. All the rooms (including those in the event suites) have their own flat-TV, toilet and bathroom. A local tourist tax of 2 € per person and night is not included in the prices.
