From January 28-30, Alice Neusiedler had the pleasure of participating in 5th Organization Theory Winter Workshop, co-hosted by The University of Zurich and ETH Zurich, organized by Roman Gibel, Andreas Scherer, David Seidl, and Katja Rost.

This event brought together scholars from across the field for three days of engaging discussions, intellectual exchange, and constructive debates on current paper drafts on Organization Theory.

A highlight of the workshop was the thought-provoking keynote by Professor Andreas Scherer on the important issue of academic freedom and politics in academia.
