This semester, the participants in the seminar "Strategic and market-oriented management in practice" were once again able to put their strategic skills into practice: They spent an entire semester analyzing their company (e.g. Wiener Linien, IMA Immobilienmanagement GmbH), developing strategic options and dealing with the challenges of implementing them.

At a concluding exhibition, we were able to gain an insight into the interesting findings at their elaborately designed exhibition stands and discussed their experiences with putting their theoretical knowledge into practice.
