Diploma theses can be written in the specialization Strategic Management. The master's/diploma seminar is attended concurrently.

Prerequisite

•     Completion of all courses in the major "Strategic Management".
•     Grade point average of the courses in the major subject must be better than 2.4
      Calculation: Arithmetic average of the best four course grades
•     Accepted thesis concept:
      An excellent thesis concept is the main criterion for your application to be accepted.

Formal

• Deadline for submitting the Diploma thesis concepts by e-mail to ism(at)jku.at:

        SS: February 15
        WS: September 15

Topics

•  You can choose your topic from the following main topics: see our topics, opens a file (topics are updated on December 15 and June 15)
• Please submit your paper (one-page proposal) with the prioritized topic and your proof of academic success by the specified deadlines. Please also indicate a second and third priority from the list of topics if your prioritized topic is already assigned.
•  Either a theoretical paper (desk research) or a (theoretically sound) empirical paper can be written.
