Please follow guidelines stated in the two-page abstract template which can be downloaded here as docx, opens a file and here as pdf, opens a file.

Abstracts (.docx and .pdf) have to be submitted before the deadline per E-mail to das37@jku.at.

Oral Poster Presentation Template

For the poster presentation a template can be downloaded here as pptx, opens a file and here as pdf, opens a file.
A template for the short oral poster presentation can be downloaded here, opens a file and is restricted to four sheets.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

The maximum poster size has  a height of 100 cm and a width of 70 cm. Mounting material and information will be provided at the Conference desk. The oral poster presentation has to be based on the template and is restricted to four sheets.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

The time for oral presentations is limited to 15 minutes plus a short discussion of an extra 5 minutes. For the presentation a pdf-file should be used which is independent of the used hardware.
