IAMCV Dataset
The Interaction of Autonomous and Manually-Controlled Vehicles (IAMCV) Dataset contains over 14 hours of data acquired from vehicles sensors when driving on highways, at intersections, through roundabouts, and in urban environments”. The data is currently being processed and will be published soon.
JKU DORA Dataset
The dataset consist of an aerial-view of highway exits and entrances. The data have been collected in Austria and Italy and contain positions, velocities, and accelerations (in both local and global coordinate systems) of cars, vans, and trucks for Austria and additionally for motorbikes and buses in Italy.

Sustainable Transport
Computationally supported applications to enhance traffic flow. Digitization of traffic as a key component for traffic planning and managment. Influence on reducing emissions and on sustainable transportation.
Vehicle-to-X Communication.
Data transfer between vehicles and other road users or infrastructure enables the development of new applications to increase the efficiency of transport networks, and road utilization minimizing thus the impact of traffic on carbon emissions and fuel consumption.
Floating Car and Driving Data Acquisition and Evaluation
The acquisition of vehicular data for the evaluation of traffic conditions and driving performance provides the basis for modeling traffic situations and assessment methods for environmental impact (congestion, traffic flow).
Driving Simulation Tools.
Simulation platforms to evaluate the effect on driver behavior and driving performance of applications that rely on communication technologies and automation.
Autonomous Vehicles.
To alleviate the number of accidents, the introduction of autonomous vehicles on our roads represents an opportunity for increased road safety. The use of driverless vehicles will lead to an uninterrupted traffic flow, energy consumption reduction and road capacity increase.
Internet-inspired Transport Logistics.
By relying on the concept of data subdivision before transmission across the Internet as well as the interconnection of elements that Internet of Things enables, digital transportation networks can be used as inspiration for research on efficient transport of goods.
