Johannes Rauch, Austrian Minister of Social Affairs and Health, visited the JKU Medical Campus on August 30, 2024. During talks with Rector Koch and Vice-Rector Drda, he had the opportunity to learn about the Faculty of Medicine's progress, particularly in lieu of the Faculty's 10th anniversary. Minister Rauch was visibly impressed by the modern educational and research centers, as well as a "Virtual Anatomy" demonstration and an opportunity to view a live eye surgery in 3D at the JKU medSPACE.
