The women’s team unfortunately did not replicate last year's triumph, suffering a clear 39:51 defeat against TU Vienna during the semi-finals, resulting in the end of the line this season. However, there is no need to be disappointed as despite only playing its second season, the women’s team is already firmly established as one of the top teams.

The men’s team was also eliminated, defeated by WU Vienna 44:53. Spirits remain high, however, and despite a victory-less first season, the men can still celebrate as their efforts resulted in advancing to the semifinals.

The fans were certainly in championship form at the Kepler Hall, creating a fantastic atmosphere and showing their JKU spirit, as they do at every home game.
