The International Mathematics Olympiad is a prestigious competition among young mathematicians from all over the world. National teams invest a great deal of time and energy into practicing for this event. On account of the ongoing war in their country, the Ukrainian team has been hampered in their preparation of the competition. We have extended an invitation to the Ukrainian team to practice at the JKU and prepare for the upcoming Olympiad in Norway.

We appreciate the generous support provided by RICAM, the Department for STEM Education, the Institute for Applied Geometry, the Institute for Financial Mathematics and Applied Number Theory, and JKU event management, who have organized the event on short notice. We would like to especially thank XTX Markets and Leitner Leitner for their very generous financial and hands-on support. In addition, we thank Oleksiy Klurman (University of Bristol), Oliver Roche-Newton (Institute for Algebra, JKU), and several other volunteers for their initiative as well as their time and energy to make this happen.
