Both the JKU and Austrian national soccer teams are currently showing themselves at their best! Coached by Franz-Josef Bodingbauer, the USI (University Sports Institute) team ended a long dry spell as the team had not won a tournament in ten years.

The Linz team performed masterfully, defeating USI Graz 2:0 in the semi-final, and Andreas Eizinger scoring the winning goal during the final. He turned Eduard Haas’ butterfly lift into the 16-yard box. Goal, final whistle, title!
