Inaugural Lectures by New STEM Professors

On Thursday, Barbara Sabitzer and Zsolt Lavicza spoke about their current work and research in the field of education.

The inaugural lectures by the JKU’s new STEM professors took place in the ceremony room at the JKU.  
Univ. Prof. Dr. Barbara Sabitzer’s presentation titled “Computational Thinking für everyone? Modelling for everyone!" focused on the modeling processes and learning strategies.

Univ. Prof. Dr. Zsolt Lavicza presentation was titled “Technology Integration into Education: A Journey from Mathematics through STEM to STEAM and Beyond”.
