Your Personal Reference Management and Knowledge Organization
As part of a campus license, free licensing for the reference management program Citavi is available to full-time faculty members and employees at the JKU for individual or team projects. This includes a license for both Citavi Windows and Citavi Web.
(This offer does not extend to former employees or former students and auditing students.)
Licensing Procedure for JKU Employees and JKU Students:
Citavi Windows (for Microsoft Windows)
1. Download and install Citavi's installation information, opens an external URL in a new window.
2. Register to obtain a Citavi account, opens an external URL in a new window.
3. The Citavi account contains the licensing information as well as information on how to enter it in Citavi.
The campus license enables all users to install Citavi on all personal computers and flash drives.
Citavi Web (suitable for all operating systems, access via browser)
1. Register to obtain a Citavi account, opens an external URL in a new window.
2. In your Citavi account you will find your license.
3. Open Citavi Web, opens an external URL in a new window and log in.
