Publishing Open Access with JKU

Wednesday, April 2, 2025, between 10.15 AM – 11.00 AM

Course Instructor: Christopher Fabbro, MA

Content:
There are many good reasons to publish scientific findings under 'Open Access'. Publishing under 'Open Access' is, however, often associated with having to pay an article processing fee (APC) to the publisher and a certain degree of uncertainty if - and how - one's own institution will cover the costs, particularly if the Austrian Science Fund is also involved.

This course covers funding options offered by the JKU.

Target Group

Scholars, academic, scientists and authors of scientific/academic publications at the JKU
