Update Social: Building Future Communities

COURSE

Looking to do more than just sit in a classroom? Do you want to be actively involved in building the future? If so, the elective course "UpdateSocial: Building Future Communities" is a unique opportunity for students in all majors.

The course 'UpdateSocial: Shaping Future Communities' explores just how we can create strong and innovative communities. Our goal is to create a collaborative environment and bring people together, providing a space to brainstorm creative solutions and address the challenges of tomorrow. We encourage working together, being creative, and openly sharing ideas as a means to bring about transformative change. Take part in our course and learn about essential elements to help strengthen communities and support a sustainable future!

In addition to the Fellows as part of the JKU Community Call, this course is open to anyone interested in bringing about change. You will learn more about theoretical principles, become more familiar with the topic by means of different, real-world, hands-on examples, and learn about universally applicable methods to to support and execute transformation processes with different stakeholders.
