Laura Thäter graduated in Management and Business Development at Leuphana University Lüneburg in 2020. She joined the Hertie School Berlin as a research assistant working on a project on Open Social Innovation and is now a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Chair of Managing Socio-Technical Transitions.
Laura's area of research is organizational theory, focusing on new forms of organization. She is particularly interested in how the platform economy, particularly digital labor markets, can be designed to be more sustainable, inclusive, and equal.
