Technological advances in the area of digitization have the potential to not only make profound changes to our economy, but to society as a whole and, along with that, our legal system. Over the next few years, JKU researchers active in the fields public law, private law, tax law and labor law will focus on options pertaining to the legal direction and the legal issues, particularly when it comes to the future of digital transformation.

In this regard, the Law Lab is involved in both educational activities and projects addressing individual contemporary and future-oriented issues through an interdisciplinary approach.
