Company Objective
Constructing and leasing one or more university buildings at the Johannes Kepler University Linz (located in 4040 Linz, Altenberger Straße 69) as a property developer, as well as acquiring and utilizing real estate and/or rights equivalent to real estate (i.e. building rights), as well as performing all other subsidiary and ancillary transactions related to the company's objectives, but excluding all banking transactions subject to provisions as outlined in the Austrian Banking Act.
