Algorithms tend to make better music suggestions for emotionally unstable people

CP researchers continue their research on bias in recommendation systems

Algorithms often support song selection on music platforms. Artificial intelligence (AI) systems are used, which are trained on the basis of human decisions. CPresearchers are now showing that the algorithms provide more appropriate and "better" suggestions to people who are classified as emotionally unstable. This is because the systems can read them more easily.
