Russia's war of aggression is causing shockwaves in Europe. That's not, however, the only bad news. Climate change and Putin are forcing us to move away from oil and gas as quickly as possible. That, however, is easier said than done; and even if the war ends, it won't get any better. Or so it seems. Optimism has become rare, but, if things aren't getting any better, where are they going?
