As part of a coaching session titled "Rückblick aus der Zukunft", the FemMED Fall Meeting on September 10 featured a small but intensely diverse group of women scientists and scholars who spent time thinking about their future and what is important to them personally as well as professionally.

The session was very well received, giving participants food for thought. As part of the FemMED network, additional coaching workshops for women scientists and scholars in medicine are in the planning stages in an effort to boost and strengthen women's careers.
