Sandra Maria Siedl, BA MA is a Research Assistant at the LIT Robopsychology Lab since July, 2020. Previously, she has worked at the Institute for Work Research and Work Policy at JKU Linz (IAA) for three years and participated in the FFG research project EnableMe 50+.
She got her master's degree in Business Administration and Psychology at Ferdinand Porsche FernFH and has worked for several years in the Human Resources department of a large and innovative industrial company in Upper Austria. Thematically, Sandra deals with the perception of exoskeletons, which are increasingly used as "wearable robots" in industrial working environments. Questions of technology acceptance and user experience as well as dehumanization and self-efficacy effects are part of her research interest.
