Four new JKU professors in medicine - Franz Fellner, Jens Meier, Helmut Salzer, and Raimund Helbok - recently held their inaugural lectures.
The inaugural lectures took place on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at the JKU medSPACE (the JKU MED Campus laboratory building):
Univ. Prof. Dr. Franz Fellner, head of the Department of Virtual Anatomy at the Institute of Anatomy and Cell Biology, „Willkommen im Anatomiesaal der Zukunft“
Univ. Prof. Dr. Jens Meier, head of the Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine, „Choose wisely: KI in Anästhesie und Intensivmedizin“
Univ.-Prof. Dr. Helmut Salzer, head of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine at the Department of Internal Medicine with a focus on pneumology, „Was machen Schwammerl in der Lunge?“
Univ. Prof. Dr. Raimund Helbok, head of the Department of Neurology, „Neurologie im 21. Jahrhundert – zwischen Klinik und AI“
