University professors Christoph Herbst and Matthias Neumayr will provide insight into their respective areas of research.

Univ. Prof. Dr. Christoph Herbst will open the inaugural lectures on January 16. Prof. Herbst holds classes and conducts research at the JKU Institute for Administrative Law and Public Administration. His inaugural lecture is titled “Beteiligungen des Bundes und der Public Corporate Governance Kodex”.

Univ. Prof. Dr. Matthias Neumayr (Institute for Civil Law) will follow with his inaugural lecture titled "Lebenspartner ignorieren das Gesetz, das Gesetz ignoriert daher Lebenspartner' (Zitat angeblich Napoléon). Bedarf es zivilrechtlicher Regelungen zur nichtehelichen Lebensgemeinschaft?"
