"Commitment durch Klarheit": new article in ZFO by Sabine Reisinger & Sandra Janko

Why do so many strategy processes fail - and what can be done about it? The new article in ZFO - Zeitschrift Führung + Organisation explores precisely this question: ‘Commitment through clarity’

[Translate to Englisch:] Reisinger ZFO

Starting point: Many strategies remain on paper, on the intranet or in people's heads. There is a lack of implementation, motivation, orientation - and often also a lack of trust.

Our answer: Strategic clarity is not achieved through more words and more explanations, but through visual comprehensibility in open, participative strategy processes. Because: What I see, I understand. What I understand, I support.

In this article, we show how visualisations can help to:

  • make strategic content tangible,
  • make perspectives visible and negotiable
  • and thus strengthen commitment and shared responsibility.

For all those who not only want to think strategy, but also live it: We look forward to feedback, dialogue and your practical perspectives!
